For a house near the beach, using a wave motif to hang up all the outdoor gear seemed like the way to go. It appears as a simple series of wave-like peaks and valleys. But the hidden wall attachments, placed to allow hanging both hats as well as coats and bags, turned out to be the trickiest part.
